• ALL registrants will need to be prepared with a selfie/headshot of the athlete they are registering. THIS MUST BE A CLOSE UP OF ONLY THE CHILD BEING REGISTERED-YOU CAN NOT HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE PHOTO.
• Any NEW athletes must provide a copy of the childs birth certificate. Returning athletes should not have to submit this as we should already have one on file.
• ALL ATHLETES must submit the medical clearance form PROVIDED BY AYF. We can not accept immunization records or doctors own forms, it MUST be the one provided. THIS MUST BE DATED FOR 2025. Please note: children do NOT need a physical, but must have the doctor sign the form. Doctor does NOT need to specify the date of childs last physical.
• ALL ATHLETES will need to provide a report card from the END OF THE 2024-25 YEAR. This will not be submitted until after the school year has ended. PLEASE do not submit a report card now.

FLAG FOOTBALL - AGES 5 & 6
$125 REGISTRATION FEE
Includes keepsake jersey, flag belts, mouthguard and socks

TACKLE FOOTBALL - AGES 7 - 14
$300 REGISTRATION FEE
Includes helmet, shoulder pads, practice & personalized gameday jersey, mouth guard and socks

AGES 5 - 14
$150 REGISTRATION FEE
Includes game day uniform, game day bow, October PINK bow

ADDITIONAL FEES*
GAME DAY FEE (ALL TEAMS)
$100 - Cold weather gear/uniform

COMPETITION FEE (AGES 11-14 ONLY)
$200 - Includes comp bow, shoes, routine review outfit, comp make up & comp day fees

*These items will be invoiced after rostering for the season is complete.

ALL athletes are required to submit volunteer work & equipment bonds. At this time, the following is required:

FOOTBALL: $250 WORK & EQUIPMENT BOND

CHEER: $150 UNIFORM BOND/$100 WORK/FUNDRAISING BOND
